P/PV's board of directors has chosen Nadya K. Shmavonian as the organization's next president. Ms. Shmavonian—whose formal tenure begins January 1, 2010—brings extensive experience to the role. New Report Shows Employment Programs For Young Fathers Can Increase Earnings and Child Support Payments

P/PV announces the release of Working Dads: Final Report on the Fathers at Work Initiative. Funded by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Fathers at Work was a national demonstration that provided a unique combination of job training and placement, child support and fatherhood services through six well-established community-based organizations.
